John on Food

I’m John, I was born about 30 years ago in the south of England, and have since then lived and worked in 7 different countries, doing various different things.

I’ve worked in a few kitchens, but my current day job is nothing to do with food. It does pay the bills though, and until very recently I still didn’t really know what I wanted to be.
